New olive leaves are used for this individual tea. The ginger and chilli are grown on site and locally. These ingredients are dried on the farm in the Obi Obi Valley. The cinnamon and cardamom are sourced overseas through “Fair Trade”. All the ingredients are mixed and packaged on site.
